Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking a contractor to relocate graves in Breathitt County, Kentucky. The contractor will be responsible for removing and relocating 4 graves from the Noble Family Gravesite to a new location. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to funeral directing and grave relocation. The contract will be awarded to the bidder with the lowest price.
• The scope of work includes disinterment, reinterment, and monument removal and relocation.
• The contractor must provide a performance bond and maintain required insurance coverage.
• The contractor must comply with federal and state regulations, including those related to Buy America and DBE participation.
• The contractor must provide a certification of compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act.
• The contractor must disclose any use of artificial intelligence in the performance of the contract.
