Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide propane gas and related services, including delivery, tank maintenance, and tank replacement, at Beale Air Force Base. The contract will be for a maximum value of $3,400,000 over five years. The contractor will be responsible for delivering propane to tanks ranging from 500-1,500 gallons, performing preventive and on-call maintenance, and purchasing/installing new tanks as needed. The contractor must comply with OSHA, DOT, NFPA, and Air Force safety regulations.
• The contract is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 221210.
• The contractor must provide new tanks with a standard commercial manufacturer warranty.
• The contractor must avoid voiding any existing warranties when performing repairs and must get written authorization before doing any work that might affect warranty coverage.
• The contractor must furnish all necessary materials for repairs, while the Government will provide all necessary parts.
• The contractor must use the methods and equipment specified by the Government in the individual orders.
