Description
The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System VAMC in Nashville, TN is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for the Upgrade Critical Environments I project. The project will include general construction, alterations, and selective demolition. The contractor must be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern and must be registered in the Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS). The evaluation factors and sub-factors will be available upon the solicitation release, which is anticipated to be on or by March 25, 2026.
• The project is a 100% set-aside for SDVOSB concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d).
• The estimate range of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
• The contractor must be determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9.
