Maintenance for Glass and Cage Wash, Sterilization and Drying Equipment

The University of Texas - MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking proposals for maintenance support for various assets used in laboratory research and clinical activity support, including animal cage washing tunnel washers, rack washers, glass washers, and autoclaves. The selected contractor will provide high-quality, timely, and cost-effective maintenance support to ensure high reliability and operational efficiency. The contract will be awarded based on the "Best Value" criteria, and the contractor must comply with MD Anderson's Standard Terms and Conditions. • The maintenance support includes preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts and equipment. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to similar accounts. • The contractor must have a written safety program and provide a copy of their safety manual. • The contractor must have a designated account representative to oversee the MD Anderson account. • The contractor must provide a price schedule and cost calculator for required PM parts.
