Description
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a contractor to provide a conference venue to host the PLCB Store Operations Spring 2026 District Manager Conference. The conference will be held on one of the specified date ranges in April or May 2026, and the contractor must be able to provide a fully licensed and insured facility, safe and lighted free parking, 65 hotel guest rooms, a general session room, a dining area, A/V support, catering services, and a location within 25 miles of either Harrisburg or State College. The contractor must also comply with various regulations and certifications, including worker protection and investment, and Russia Belarus certification.
• The contractor must provide all necessary services and facilities for the conference, including accommodation, catering, and A/V support.
• The contractor must ensure that all facilities and services provided are ADA accessible and compliant with industry standards.
• The contractor must provide a detailed cost sheet with line-item pricing for all services and facilities provided.
• The contractor must register as a supplier in the PLCB's online self-service Oracle Supplier Portal before submitting a bid.
• The contractor must submit their bid through the Portal, along with all required documents, including the bid form, worker protection and investment certification form, and Russia Belarus certification form.
