NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT-Criminal History Data Services

The Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) intends to award a sole-source contract to Nlets for criminal history data services. Nlets provides BJS with access to a secure, automated process to collect criminal-history data for national statistical studies on recidivism and criminal offending patterns. The anticipated period of performance is one year from the date of award. • The contract is for criminal history data services • The contractor must be able to provide a secure, automated process to collect criminal-history data • The contract is for a period of one year • The Bureau of Justice Statistics is the agency awarding the contract • Nlets is the anticipated awardee, but other parties can submit capability statements to demonstrate their technical ability to perform the work.
