The subscription will provide access to various tax-related resources, including Tax Directory, Tax Notes Today, State Tax Today, Worldwide Tax Daily, Tax Notes, and Tax Notes International, for up to 225 users. The resources will include up-to-the-minute coverage on key developments in federal, state, and international tax matters, as well as search tools and customizable alerts. The period of performance is 12 consecutive months. • The subscription will include access to federal tax content, including in-depth analysis and commentary from leading experts and practitioners. • The subscription will also include access to state tax content, including up-to-the-minute news coverage on state tax matters and in-depth reporting, analysis, and commentary from leading experts and practitioners. • The subscription will include international tax content, including up-to-the-minute news coverage on international tax matters and in-depth reporting, analysis, and commentary from leading experts and practitioners. • The resources will be accessible through a web-based platform, with features such as customizable alerts, search tools, and browsing capabilities. • The DOJ is seeking interested parties who can provide this subscription, but no solicitation will be issued, and all requests for the solicitation will be considered non-responsive.
