Naples Landings Improvement Project

The City of Naples is seeking a qualified vendor to provide renovations to the Naples Landings Park wood walkover sections. The project includes removing and replacing decking, handrails, and lumber, as well as repairing and replacing joists, posts, and support beams as needed. The contractor must use pressure-treated lumber with an ACQ rating of 0.40 or greater and follow specific installation and disposal guidelines. The contract will be for one-year with the option for two additional one-year periods.
