New Softball Field and Park Improvements - Tyler Park

The Berkley School District and the City of Oak Park are seeking bids for the construction of a new softball field and park improvements at Tyler Park. The project will include earthwork, site utilities, asphalt paving, concrete footings and foundations, masonry, steel, general trades, painting, athletic equipment, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fencing. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 4, 2025, to review the project bid documents and schedule, and to answer any questions bidders may have. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting. • The project consists of separate sealed bids for various bid divisions, including earthwork, site utilities, asphalt paving, and more. • Bidders must submit their bids electronically through Building Connected by 1:30 PM on November 13, 2025. • The bid package will be available for public inspection at the main office of the Construction Manager, McCarthy & Smith, Inc. • All bids must include the Familial Disclosure Affidavit, the Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and the Criminal Background Check Affidavit. • A bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount must be submitted with each bid.
