Replacement of 6P1 & 6P2 Unwater & Drainage Sump Pump, & Wore Out Parts

The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) is seeking a price quote for the replacement of the 6P1 and 6P2 Unwater & Drainage Sump Pump, and worn-out parts at the Amistad Power Plant in Del Rio, Texas. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. The contractor shall complete the work within 120 calendar days after the contract has been awarded. The scope of work includes the replacement of the pumps, re-coating of the existing 12" column pipe and head assembly, and other related tasks. • The contractor must provide all labor, material, equipment, subcontract, supervision, and management to perform the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW). • The contractor must demonstrate technical acceptability by providing a narrative addressing all the items in the scope of work. • The contractor must provide at least three references for similar projects. • The contractor must meet or exceed all specifications and scope of work of items being quoted.
