Charleston Ground Wheelchair Service 5 year IDIQ

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources to provide Wheelchair Transportation Service for the Charleston VA Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide wheelchair transportation service for VA Medical Centers. The contractor shall adhere to all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, rules, regulations, and procedures as required to perform services under this contract. * Key aspects of the job include: * Providing wheelchair transportation service for VA Medical Centers * Adhering to all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, rules, regulations, and procedures * Providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services * Maintaining an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the contract requirements * Ensuring that all contractor employees are proficient in English and can perform required services effectively * Treating customers with respect at all times * Resolving all customer complaints in good faith within two working days.
