The City of Fayetteville is seeking bids to fully demolish a fire‑damaged single‑family home, handle any asbestos‑containing materials, remove all debris, and restore the lot to a clean, graded, seeded condition at 5013 Craft Street. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and must be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed.
• Scope includes demolition of the structure, abatement of asbestos per N.C. DHHS rules, and complete site cleanup/grading with seed‑and‑straw.
• Contractor must obtain all permits, bear all costs (including asbestos disposal), and cannot subcontract without written City consent.
• Submission must be made by February 12 2026 (2 PM EST) via mail, in‑person, or express courier to the Purchasing Division, and must use the “Blight Demolition Bid Estimate Form.”
