Investment Advisory Services

The Hudson River Park Trust is seeking a qualified Investment Advisor to provide comprehensive fixed income portfolio investment advisory services for the management of its restricted and reserve funds. The selected Advisor will support the Trust in achieving its financial objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and fiduciary standards. The contract term is three years with an option for a two-year renewal. The Trust's current investment advisor, PFM Asset Management, is welcome to rebid. The Trust's restricted and reserve balances are not expected to increase significantly during the contract period and may decline over the next few years. • The Investment Advisor will provide investment advice and guidance on suitable benchmarks and diversified investment strategies. • The Trust will seek guidance on establishing a buy-and-hold approach with adjustments made only in response to changes in credit quality or extraordinary market events. • The Investment Advisor will work with the Trust to develop a detailed cash flow projection and update it annually. • The Trust reserves the right to hire one or more investment advisors. • The current portfolio sizes do not vary substantially from the sums reported in the FY 2025 financials.
