The ideal space would be around 6,892 rentable square feet and would need to meet certain building specifications, including compliance with federal, state, and local ordinances, as well as Department of Defense's Unified Facility Criteria. The lease would be for an initial five years. Interested parties should submit expressions of interest, including building information, floor plans, and rental rates.

• The space should be outfitted with either designated or open parking
• The lease would be for an initial five years
• Expressions of interest should include building name and address, as-build floor plan drawing, digital photo of street view of property, area, rental rate per square foot, and common area factor(s) if applicable
