Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide wireless services and devices in support of Aviation Support Detachment (ASD), Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Detachment (AIMD), and Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron TWO-FIVE (HSC-25) in Guam. The contractor will provide 19 new, non-refurbished, carrier-unlocked smart phone devices with unlimited voice, SMS, and data services, as well as other features such as caller-ID, three-way conferencing, and digital voicemail. The contractor will also provide technical support and maintenance services to ensure continuous, uninterrupted internet and mobile/cell phone service. The period of performance is 12 months, with options to extend for up to 42 months.
• The contractor must provide devices that support the U.S. Navy's Microsoft 365 Flank-Speed cloud environment.
• The contractor must provide unlimited voice, SMS, and data services, including international roaming.
• The contractor must provide technical support and maintenance services, including 24/7 customer service and response to trouble calls within 12 hours.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and export control.
