Request for Qualifications - Energy Services Performance Contract

The City of Greenville, Mississippi is seeking qualification statements from Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to provide a comprehensive city-wide energy management program for all streetlights and facilities/buildings owned and/or managed by the City. The program aims to provide energy-efficient solutions pursuant to applicable Mississippi laws. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing a comprehensive energy management program for all streetlights and facilities/buildings • Ensuring compliance with applicable Mississippi laws and regulations • Submitting qualification statements in accordance with the RFQ and applicable provisions of Section 31-7-14 of the Mississippi Code Annotated of 1972, as amended • Participating in the evaluation process, which may include interviews and presentations • Entering into an energy performance contract with the City, if selected.
