The State of Iowa is issuing an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for as‑needed landscaping services across the Capitol Complex and other state facilities in the Des Moines metropolitan area. The contract will cover site preparation, planting, mulching, weeding, edging, tree work, pest management, seasonal clean‑ups, and related maintenance tasks. Bidders must be licensed Iowa contractors, hold pesticide applicator licenses, and be able to respond to service requests within 24 hours.
