Intent to Sole Source: Statistical Analysis System (SAS) software licenses for DMCS

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Executive Information Systems (EIS) LLC for the provision of Statistical Analysis System (SAS) software licenses. The contract is necessary for the PSC FMP Debt Collection to continue functioning without requiring a complete rewrite of the code.
