The selected firm will manage the application process, conduct financial underwriting, and coordinate real estate closings. The goal is to streamline the disposition process, increase efficiency, and support strategic neighborhood redevelopment goals. Key responsibilities include: conducting initial eligibility screening, providing customer service support, maintaining a secure digital database, conducting financial underwriting, and coordinating with City departments. The ideal firm will have at least 5 years of experience in real estate administration, property disposition, or municipal land management, and demonstrate the ability to manage high volumes of applications and closings. • The firm must provide comprehensive services, including customer service support, financial underwriting, and coordination with City departments. • The firm must have adequate staffing, technology systems, and data security protocols to fulfill the scope of services. • The firm must provide evidence of necessary licenses, certifications, or legal authority to conduct real estate-related activities in New Jersey. • The firm must have a proven track record of successfully managing similar projects. • The firm must be able to work effectively with City staff and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
