Description
The Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is seeking a Commissioning Agent (Cx) and Retro-Commissioning Agent (RCx) to provide commissioning and related services for new construction and remodel projects. The selected firm will be responsible for performing commissioning agent services, including design, construction, acceptance, and post-acceptance phases, as well as retro-commissioning services for existing buildings. The scope of work includes performing peer reviews, developing commissioning plans, conducting site visits, and testing and balancing systems. The firm will also be responsible for providing training to the College's personnel and ensuring that the systems are functioning properly.
