One Year PremiumCare for- STELLARIS 8 Confocal Microscope

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) - Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) is seeking a one-year service agreement for the maintenance of a Leica STELLARIS 8 Confocal Microscope. The contract will include preventative maintenance visits, on-site repairs, and access to technical support. The selected contractor must be authorized by Leica Microsystems to provide the required services. The key tasks for this requirement include: * 1 annual preventative maintenance visit * Unlimited on-site repairs * Prioritized on-site response time for remedial services * Unlimited access to Leica OneCall Technical Support Center * Firmware and software updates when available * All services are performed by factory-trained and certified Field Service Engineers with genuine Leica Microsystems parts.
