The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor (already holding a COTS 2012 contract) to provide Atlassian Jira Core, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Atlassian Guard licenses for the MD Benefits division. The solicitation is a secondary competition (PORFP) with a fixed‑price, “buy‑only” requirement for new, unused software delivered to the state’s Linthicum Heights office. Bids must be password‑protected, submitted by email, and include required certifications and licensing documentation. The award will be based primarily on price and compliance with the detailed contractual terms.
