Description
The Information Technology Division (ITSD) requires continuing maintenance and support for the Unemployment Insurance Modernization (UIM) System. The system was developed and integrated by Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS) and TCS is the only feasible source for continued maintenance and support of the system on a short-term basis. The contract period is from April 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026.
• The system is proprietary and only available from a single provider, TCS.
• The contract is for maintenance and support of the UIM system.
• The State is pursuing acquisition of the required maintenance and support as a Single Feasible Source.
• There are no renewal options for the contract.
