The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is seeking a contractor to provide snow and ice removal services at the Chaplain L.J. Sabalis Memorial USARC in Ashley, PA. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to maintain a clean and safe workplace. The contract will be for a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will be responsible for removing snow and ice from the facility's sidewalks, parking lots, and roads. • The contractor will be required to provide ice melt and sand as needed. • The contractor will be responsible for clearing sidewalks and ensuring they are safe for pedestrians. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
