Gas Supply Master Plan RFQ

The Knoxville Utilities Board is seeking qualifications for a Gas Supply Master Plan. The project involves creating a master plan for the gas supply system. The proposed schedule for this project includes a non-mandatory qualification meeting on December 3, 2025, and the submission of qualifications is due on December 18, 2025. The evaluation of the qualifications will take place from December 19, 2025, to January 16, 2026, and the notice of award is expected on January 20, 2026. The scope of work includes: • Developing a comprehensive gas supply master plan • Analyzing the current gas supply system • Identifying areas for improvement and recommending upgrades • Creating a plan for the implementation of the recommended upgrades The contract is expected to be in place on or before February 3, 2026, and work authorizations are expected to begin on or before February 10, 2026.
