Sole Source Notification

The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), is announcing its intent to award a sole-source contract to IHS Markit for the renewal support of Questor software subscriptions. The contract will be a fixed-price purchase order, and IHS Markit is the only responsible source that can provide the required software and maintenance.
