Description
The United States Embassy in Jerusalem, Israel is seeking a contractor to provide Tactical Weapons Training Facility Services for the embassy's security guard force. The scope of work includes providing firearms, defensive tactics, and classroom training. The contractor must have a valid insurance policy, and their facility must meet specific requirements, including being authorized and approved by the Israeli National Police and the Ministry of Public Security. The facility must also have an on-site gunsmith, standardized ranges, and unarmed-combat training rooms. The contractor will be required to provide transportation services for trainees and supply trainees with adequate food, water, and living arrangements.
* The contractor must provide Basic A Training Course, Basic A Refresher Training Course, CPU Initial Training, and CPU Refresher Training.
* The contractor must provide rental of an outdoor firing range facility.
* The contractor must provide qualified shooting instructors.
* The contractor must provide living arrangements for trainees, including meals, transportation, and insurance.
* The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to telecommunications equipment.
