The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, monthly integrated pest‑management (IPM) services for 39 municipal facilities, ranging from fire stations and police headquarters to recreation centers and a large mixed‑use “Skyline Center.” The contractor must perform routine inspections, respond to emergent pest issues within eight hours, and provide unlimited call‑back service within 24 hours of a request. All work must be documented with detailed treatment logs submitted within one week of each service cycle, and technicians must hold North Carolina Commercial Pesticide Applicator licenses (occupied/institutional).
