Gatesville ISD JR High Campus Interior Lighting Fixture Replacement (Labor Only)

The Gatesville Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified electrical contractors to provide labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and incidental materials necessary for the removal and replacement of existing interior lighting fixtures at the JR High campus. The project consists of the demolition and disposal of existing lighting fixtures and associated wiring/components as required, and the installation of owner-furnished lighting fixtures. The scope of work includes removal and proper disposal of existing lighting fixtures, disconnecting and modifying existing wiring, installation of owner-provided LED flat panel fixtures, and testing and commissioning of all installed fixtures. The successful proposer shall provide a turnkey labor installation solution and complete all work within the timeline established by the District. • The project requires the removal and replacement of 132 existing lighting fixtures • The District has already purchased the replacement fixtures • The contractor must provide all necessary mounting hardware, connectors, supports, and miscellaneous electrical materials • The contractor must verify existing circuits and compatibility with new fixtures • The contractor must test and commission all installed fixtures to ensure proper operation
