Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for right of way property management. The scope of work includes the demolition of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way and/or easement areas. The contractor will be required to provide a performance and payment bond, as well as proof of insurance. The contract will be for a period of 30 days, and the contractor will be required to complete all work within this timeframe.
• The contractor must be pre-qualified in the right of way property management service class.
• The contractor must provide a bid price for each parcel.
• The contractor must complete all work within 30 days of the notice to proceed.
• The contractor must provide a performance and payment bond.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance.
