Description
The Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio (NAMRU-SA) is seeking a preventive maintenance plan for the Bio-Plex 200 system, which includes the Bio-Plex 200 Array Reader, XY Platform, and HTF System. The plan should include unlimited on-site service repair visits, comprehensive and all-inclusive parts, labor, and travel expenses, highest servicing dispatching priority during the service agreement coverage period, and one PM visit per year. The contract will be for a 12-month base year and two 12-month option years, for a total of 36 months.
Key considerations for this project include:
• Providing a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan for the Bio-Plex 200 system
• Ensuring unlimited on-site service repair visits and comprehensive parts and labor coverage
• Maintaining the highest servicing dispatching priority during the service agreement coverage period
• Conducting one PM visit per year
• Ensuring compatibility with the current PC system and providing configuration support if a replacement PC is needed
