6515--Cholangioscopy Image Controller (VA-26-00029891)

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking vendors to provide Boston Scientific brand name Cholangioscopy Image Controller: SpyGlass DS on an agency-wide basis. The vendor must demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements for the solicitation, including providing illumination and receiving, processing, and outputting images from the SpyScope DS Access and Delivery Catheter during endoscopic procedures. The vendor must also provide a 1-year warranty and have the ability to control the amount of illumination. The contract is anticipated to be for one 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. The vendor must be registered in SAM and certified with the appropriate NAICS code. • The contract will be a Requirements Contract with Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) orders. • The vendor must deliver Cholangioscopy Image Controller: SpyGlass DS to VA medical centers and facilities throughout the United States and its territories. • The vendor must provide technical literature demonstrating that the product meets or exceeds the specified salient characteristics. • The vendor must provide information on their service plan, including what the plan covers and whether it is provided by the OEM or a subcontractor.
