CUAS VAMPIRE Support

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to award a sole source contract modification to an existing contract with Sierra Nevada Company (SNC) for support of repairs, materials, maintenance, and sustainment essential to the VAMPIRE c-UASs sustainment effort for the Ukraine Navy. The tasking will be performed both in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) in support of the Ukraine Navy. • The contract requires subject matter experts (SMEs) including engineers, maintenance technicians, field service representatives (FSRs), and other technical assistance and reach back support for systems deployed in Eastern Europe by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). • The contract is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to Sierra Nevada Company under the authority permitting other than full and open competition. • The notice is published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals.
