Description
The City of Maple Valley is seeking a contractor to provide on‑call cleaning, inspection, and maintenance services for its stormwater infrastructure over a three‑year period. Services include cleaning thousands of catch basins, underground vaults, oil‑water separators, modular wetlands, and related structures; performing CCTV pipe inspections; providing emergency spill and storm response; and handling associated waste disposal and minor repairs. The contract is unit‑price based with no guaranteed minimum volume, requiring rapid 1‑hour emergency response and compliance with state safety and environmental regulations.
• Clean & jet‑wash ~4,710 catch basins of two size categories.
• Service 17 underground vaults, 17 tanks, 30 filtration vaults, 5 modular wetlands, 162 oil‑water separators, and other stormwater structures.
• Provide 24/7 on‑call emergency spill and stormwater response, CCTV inspections, root cutting, potholing, and grouting as needed.
• Submit work orders via Cityworks, invoice within specified voucher cycles, and retain records for six years.
