Description
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation Division is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional services for the Calhoun County Airport. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing an Airport Layout Plan (ALP) with a narrative consistent with the latest version of the FAA Master Plan Advisory Circular. The firm will also be required to update aviation demand forecasts, determine current and future critical design aircraft, and conduct an airfield design and landside hangar/business market assessment. The project will involve several phases, including kick-off, airport role and planning standards, airport facility and land use alternatives, and development plan. The firm will be selected based on its qualifications, experience, and technical approach.

• The firm must have a strong understanding of the FAA Master Plan Advisory Circular and relevant planning and engineering principles.
• The firm must be able to meet the schedules and deadlines of the project.
• The firm must have a good reputation for competence, timeliness, and quality of performance and work product.
