Description
The Department of Vermont Health Access is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide patient experience survey services. The successful bidder will be responsible for conducting surveys to measure patient experience in advanced primary care, Medicaid, and home and community-based services. The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to renew for up to two additional twelve-month periods.
• The bidder must be a Certified Contractor of CAHPS®-CG and CAHPS® 5.1H.
• The bidder must have experience with survey administration and data analysis.
• The bidder must be able to provide the services within the defined timeline and budget.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to confidentiality and data security.
