Description
The Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System (LACERS) is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive website development, maintenance, and technical support, as well as accessibility remediation and captioning services. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering a modern, secure, and fully accessible website platform that meets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards. The firm will also provide AI-enabled search and chat capabilities, content generation services, and training programs for staff. The contract is expected to last for a minimum of seven years.

The ideal firm will have experience providing similar services to government agencies, municipalities, or large-scale organizations, and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the services required by LACERS.
