Description
The City of College Park is seeking a qualified contractor to remove the existing upper façade panel system at the main entrance gable of the Wayman & Bessie Brady Recreation Center and replace it with a fiber cement board and batten siding system. The project includes installation of new siding, counter flashing, painting, and protection of the existing TPO roof system during construction. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, permits, supervision, and disposal to complete the project. The city requires the contractor to demonstrate experience providing similar services and to employ trained, experienced personnel to ensure safe and professional execution of all work.
