The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking quotations for an annual warranty and service contract covering the MEG Core Facility’s FieldLine HEDscan System. The contract will span one calendar year, beginning 11 September 2026 and ending 10 September 2027, and will require the selected vendor to provide preventive maintenance, repair services, parts replacement, and technical support for the magnetoencephalography (MEG) equipment. Vendors must submit their quotations by 6 September 2026. This is a non‑set‑aside RFQ; the government is not obligated to award a contract or reimburse quotation preparation costs.
