Homelessness Response System Quality Improvement, Training, and Technical Assistance

The State of Oregon, acting by and through its Housing and Community Services Department (OHCS), is providing public notice of the approval of Special Procurement # S-91400-00015114 for Homelessness Response System Quality Improvement, Training, and Technical Assistance. This is not an opportunity to submit a proposal, but rather a notice pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes and Oregon Administrative Rule. Any affected person may protest the approval of the Special Procurement within seven calendar days after the date of this public notice. The scope of work includes Homelessness Response System Quality Improvement, Training, and Technical Assistance services. • The protest must include a detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest, a description of the resulting harm to the affected person, and the relief requested. • The protest must be clearly labeled and include the Special Procurement number. • Protests must be delivered to the OHCS Procurement & Business Operations Manager within seven calendar days after the date of this public notice. • A copy of the protest should also be sent to the OHCS Procurement Specialist.
