Fuel Purchase - Annual

The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and deliver unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel on an as-needed basis for routine operations and prolonged emergency activities. The scope of work includes providing fuel for various county vehicles and equipment. The vendor will be required to comply with all federal terms, conditions, provisions, certifications, affidavits, or otherwise as applicable and stated within the solicitation package. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for additional years.
