Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking quotations for the purchase and delivery of VIVAX-METROTECH VCAM-6 D46 with accessories. The successful quoter will be required to provide the specified equipment, including the VIVAX-METROTECH VCAM-6 D46 (200’) with accessories, and to deliver it to the County. The quoter must also provide on-site training by a manufacturer’s representative within five business days of equipment delivery. The County reserves the right to reject any quote that does not meet the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation.
• The equipment must meet all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, as well as industry and safety standards.
• The quoter must provide a completed Schedule 1 and Schedule 2, listing the work to be performed by any subcontractor/subconsultant.
• The quoter must submit a certification of business location and a Business Tax Receipt to verify their permanent place of business.
• The quoter must comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and the Uniform Guidance.
• The quoter must provide a drug-free workplace certification.
• The quoter must comply with the requirements of 2 C.F.R. pt. 180, subpart C, and 31 C.F.R. pt. 19, subpart C.
