Description
The Hemlock Public School District is seeking a qualified Owner's Representative firm to provide comprehensive services for its 2026 bond program. The selected firm will provide strategic advisory services, including pre-bond planning, design, construction, and closeout services. The project includes the addition of classroom capacity, safety and security improvements, and the development of a connected, pedestrian-friendly campus. The selected firm will work with the District to develop a final project program, provide input on design and construction methodology, and assist with the selection of a design-builder. The firm will also provide construction oversight, monitor the project budget, and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
