Description
The Internal Services Department of Los Angeles County is seeking bids for the maintenance of NetApp AFF A800 hardware. The contract is for a period of one year, with an option for renewal. The successful bidder will be required to provide 24/7 support, including 4-hour parts replacement. The bidder must be an authorized distributor or reseller of NetApp products and must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer.
• The contract includes two line items: hardware maintenance for 1 year and support edge advisor.
• The maintenance support must be provided directly by the original equipment manufacturer, and third-party maintenance services will not be considered.
• The bidder must submit their bid online via the County's Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal by 12:00 PM on July 10, 2026.
