ITB 2025-015 Gateway Sign Construction

The City of Tucker is seeking bids for the construction and installation of a Gateway Sign. The project includes site preparation, monument sign construction and installation, lighting, and landscaping. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The project is expected to be completed within 90 days. • The contractor must have verifiable experience in constructing similar projects. • The contractor must provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond. • The contractor must comply with all OSHA regulations and provide a safe work environment. • The contractor must restore any damaged property and correct all disturbed areas before retainage will be released.
