GARDENER’S COTTAGE LEAK REPAIR

The project involves repairing leaks around the chimney at the Gardener’s Cottage, Bldg. 36, located at Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM) in Saint Leonard, Maryland. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, and services necessary for the repair. The bid must include a completed IFB form, Bid/Proposal Affidavit, Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure, licenses or certifications, company’s certificates of insurance, and acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to the IFB.
