Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a Quick‑Quote vendor to provide disaster‑recovery software (ezVault & ezRecovery), associated hardware maintenance, and supplemental recovery software for the FY 2027 budget year. This short‑term contract is limited to a total ceiling of $25,000 and may extend up to five years if renewed, but the immediate requirement covers the fiscal year. The work includes licensing, installation, ongoing support, and hardware upkeep for the state’s data‑protection infrastructure.
• Provide ezVault and ezRecovery software licenses and updates for the entire fiscal year.
• Perform maintenance and support of disaster‑recovery hardware platforms.
