Notice of Intent to Issue Sole Source Extension - SEWIP Block 2 FY26 Production

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole source contract extension to Lockheed Martin for the production and testing of various configurations of SEWIP AN/SLQ-32(V)6 Electronic Warfare (EW) subsystem and spares. The proposed contract action will contain fixed-price contract line items. • The contract is for the FY25-FY26 requirement for the production and testing of SEWIP Block 2 EW subsystems and spares. • Lockheed Martin is the only vendor qualified and capable of meeting the Navy's FY26 schedule requirements. • Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Lockheed Martin directly.
