Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking firms that have the capability for janitorial services at the St. Mary's Falls Canal located in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. The Contractor shall ensure all assigned areas present a clean, sanitary, and neat appearance upon completion. The period of performance for this contract includes a base performance period of one year and four option years.
• The contract is expected to be solicited in June 2026.
• The place of performance is the St Mary's Falls Canal, located at 312 W. Portage Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783.
• The Government is seeking responses from firms of all sizes, but especially small business firms.
• Respondents must clearly identify the firm's business size in the attached questionnaire.
