Description
The U.S. Department of State is seeking a contractor to install WiFi infrastructure at the U.S. Embassy in Kolonia, Pohnpei, FSM. The project includes coring work for new wall penetrations, installation of electrical metal tubing conduits, and restoration of affected areas. The contractor must provide all necessary materials and equipment, and work must be completed within 30 working days. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
• The contractor must provide a knowledgeable English-speaking Project Supervisor to oversee the project.
• The contractor must guarantee a warranty for workmanship for one year from the date of final acceptance.
• The contractor must comply with all local labor laws, regulations, customs, and practices.
• The contractor must provide a commercially available portable toilet for the use of workers.
• The contractor must put up temporary barriers or yellow caution tapes to keep people and vehicles away from the work site.
